Good design is a solved problem — not just aesthetics. 15+ years in the creative industry, from studying in Munich through the Hamburg agency world to Rosenheim. I turn complex ideas into clear, modern design.

And I don’t just design — I build: photorealistic 3D renders, web projects and AI-assisted workflows. I pass on my knowledge as a design lecturer — and stay a step ahead. For larger projects I bring in a well-rehearsed network of specialists — so quality scales without friction.

NordSueden is based in Rosenheim, Bavaria, and works remotely for clients across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Gerwin Schwäger’s path led from studying in Munich through eleven years in the Hamburg agency world back to Bavaria — north meets south.

At NordSueden, a single art director runs the whole project — from strategy to delivery. That results in one continuous signature instead of piecework from many hands. The work has been recognised with Gold at the Eurobest Awards, at the Young Directors Project and the Young Lions, among others.

A project runs through five steps: briefing, strategy, concept, design and refinement — then launch. Enquiries start with a short four-click dialogue about your request, budget, timeframe and contact. You’ll usually hear back within 24 hours.
